Images from the North of England
Kew at Castle Howard
June has been a busy month for me with lectures at The Arboretum Trust (Kew at Castle Howard) (web site: www.kewatch.co.uk), Gibside (National Trust property in County Durham) and again in London for The Woodland Trust. Getting in close with one’s camera can quite exciting and woodland generally is prolific with boundless opportunities. But getting up early to find the early morning light can be a little traumatic with dawn at something like 4 o’clock!! However, early morning light and late evening light can be especially rewarding in bringing more atmosphere to your photographs as you can see on this page.
